Easy Sheet Pan Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 oz tortilla chips
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1-2 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup taco sauce
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with taco seasoning. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer across the sheet pan.
  4. Top with the seasoned chicken, black beans, shredded cheese, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle taco sauce over the top. Add green onions and sour cream.

Notes

Use shredded rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken breast.
